Anyone in the 1970s would have been happy to wear Fleur's 'Cocktail' outfit 1210 - a beautiful two-piece set of brushed-cotton fabric the colour of milk chocolate. The top has a beige ribbon sewn in at the waist, and beige lace around the collar and bottom hem. The same lace decorates the hat.
Accessories: brown hat with beige lace trim, brown bag with one gold button
Shoes: brown sandals
Fleur's jogging outfit 1211 is hard to find today - and that's too bad, because it's very retro-cool. It's a sporty set of bright red sweatshirt and pants. The sweatshirt has a real zipper, and white collar, hem and cuffs. The pants have white cuffs and a white ribbon stripe on the outside edge of each leg. But Fleur - why are you jogging in sandals?
This outfit has an interesting box - it's flat like an envelope, with a hook hole at the top (for a hanging display). Clearly, Otto Simon was trying out different packaging options at this time. It is possible the next 5 outfits (up to 1216) were packaged in similar envelopes.
Accessories: white terrycloth headband (towel?), red visor
Shoes: white sandals
Simple but very 1970s-style - that's Fleur outfit 1212. The classic white shirt can be worn tucked in, or over, the light brown A-line skirt with a very cute flower pattern. The head scarf (it's big enough to be a shoulder wrap) and a shoulder bag are made from the same fabric as the skirt.
Fun fact: Fleur models this outfit on the box for Fleur Washer-Dryer - see bottom left photo.
Accessories: gold chain necklace with pearl pendant, shoulder bag
Shoes: black knee-high boots
Does this remind you of a school uniform? Fleur outfit 1213 is a white shirt with one front pocket, paired with a pleated red plaid skirt. It's hard to see in the promo photo, but Fleur wears a plaid belt tied around her waist. It could also be worn like a scarf.
Accessories: plaid belt, white shoulder bag
Shoes: white sandals
A dreamy blue-and-white bedtime combo, Fleur outfit 1214 is soft and lovely. The blue top and shorts are made from a crinkled material and trimmed with white lace. On top, Fleur wears a soft white bathrobe trimmed with blue lace at the collar. My outfit is missing the blue ribbon belt.
Accessories: blue satin ribbon belt, red hair comb and brush
Shoes: white sandals
Fleur outfit 1215 is Fleur's first lingerie outfit (the second is Fleur lingerie # 1236), and it's very hard to find today. From the promo photo we can presume it had two of bras, panties and slips. The fabric of the slip is easy to recognise, because it has tiny pleats. The bra has thin white ribbon straps. The large towel is trimmed with fringe, and the small tower is trimmed with the same lace border as the bra and panties.
Big thanks to Angela at vintage_fleur_doll for the photos below.
Accessories: large and small flowery towel, red hair comb and brush

Fleur outfit 1216 (like outfit 1211 above) was sold not in a regular box, but in a flat envelope with a hook hole at the top. It is possible all outfits between 1211 and 1216 were sold in envelope boxes, because the next outfit 1217 is again packaged in a regular box.
This Fleur fashion looks a little boring in the promo photo and in the box, but very charming on a doll. It's a set of matching off-white shirt and full A-line skirt, worn with a fuzzy dark brown vest and matching hat.
Accessories: brown hat, brown handbag with one gold button
Shoes: brown sandals
Until I found Fleur's outfit 1217 in a box, I didn't realise it had three pieces, because in the promo photo just two are visible. But now we know - it's a pleated white skirt made of thick cotton and a sleeveless turtleneck of the same material. Over the turtleneck, Fleur wears a colourful striped and hooded sweater with a front green edge, and a matching shoulder bag.
Accessories: striped shoulder bag
Shoes: white sandals
Fleur outfit 1218 is a hidden treasure - the simple dress is beautifully cut and has super-cute pleated puff sleeves... and yet it's hidden under an apron! Below, you'll see three Fleurs modelling three dresses of the same pattern, but the brown flowers on each are a bit different. More dress variations probably exist. The brown apron and head scarf also vary in colour. The apron has one front pocket. In the promo photo, Fleur wears brown sandals, but my boxed outfit has brown kitten heels - so my model Fleurs are wearing both.
Accessories: two brown oven mitts, square brown towel with white lace trim, triangle head scarf with brown trim
Shoes: brown kitten heels with small flower
For an autumn stroll, wear brown-on-brown! Fleur outfit 1219 is a fluffy, cosy hooded coat with a shoulder bag made of the same fabric, worn over a white sleeveless turtleneck. The pants are also brown, and easily identified by their narrow waist and two big pockets. The photo of the NRFB outfit is not from my collection, but found on the internet.
Accessories: fluffy brown shoulder bag
